These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and usage of all content, products, and services available through the advisory practice operated by AVICS Aviation Consulting, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

1. Services and Payment

Scope of Services: We agree to provide aviation consulting and advisory services — including flight operations, safety management, regulatory compliance support, fleet strategy, and training program guidance — as described in your engagement proposal. Specific deliverables, methodologies, and project timelines will be discussed during consultation and finalized in the statement of work.

Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay for services as outlined in the accepted proposal unless alternative arrangements have been made. We require reasonable advance notice for project pauses or cancellations in accordance with our engagement policy.

2. Operational Information

You agree to provide accurate operational history, manuals, certificates, and reasonable access to personnel or records needed to perform the work. The effectiveness of our consulting relies on open communication regarding your operation, regulatory status, and current procedures. All proprietary and safety-sensitive information is kept strictly confidential.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to follow project workflows and review processes provided by AVICS Aviation Consulting, LLC. This may include providing timely feedback, supplying requested documents, and approving deliverables so that recommendations and regulatory submissions can be completed on schedule.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly in cases of unsafe practices, non-compliance with engagement workflows, or failure to meet financial obligations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided with professional care and aviation industry expertise, but outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including regulator decisions, operational execution, and market conditions. AVICS Aviation Consulting, LLC hereby disclaims all warranties regarding specific regulatory approvals, audit outcomes, or financial results, as aviation regulation and operations remain subject to ongoing change.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will AVICS Aviation Consulting, LLC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law regarding professional liability and gross negligence.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the state where AVICS Aviation Consulting, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

AVICS Aviation Consulting, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
